2006 4-H Star
Bailey David, 2006 Graduate of Walker Valley High School
in Cleveland, Bradley County,
won big at the State 4-H Horse Show June 2006.
Bailey and her horse, Sonny's Misty Diamond, placed 1st in Showmanship,
1st in Horsemanship, and Bailey also took Reserve High Point Overall in
Western Division Showing for 2006 at the Presitgious State Competition.
Bailey and her Gelding, Zippo Me Up, took 6th in the Halter division.
Bailey also competed on the Bradley County 4-H Judging Team,
along with Carol Ann McKenzie, and Allie O'Connell.
The team, coached by Bradley County 4-H Agent Larry Mitchell,
took the Regional Championship Title in Harriman last April
against more than 30 teams, for the chance to compete in June at the State Level.
The team brought home Reserve Championship for Oral Reasons in this competition.
